The trip has began spontaneously, browsing the trip guide for lower Silesia. I found there mention about Museum of the Silesian Piasts in Brzeg, the town – for that time, mostly known for me as one in the middle of route between Opole and Wroclaw.
Surprisingly, it’s a Brzeg Castle, in the center of a town, with large parking blended into modern buildings. The museum is on few levels, with astonishing amount of well described exhibits and catacombs.
The tour takes about 1.5 hour and at the end there is a chance of catching an additional temporal exhibition.
